Easter Eggstravaganza

Choo-Choo, the Easter Bunny is coming too!

Come for a steam train ride through the picturesque South Tyne valley, and, as it’s Easter Sunday, the Easter Bunny will be visiting us with some chocolate treats for all children aged 0-17!

Your ticket includes:

Return train travel from Alston to Slaggyford

A visit from the Easter Bunny who will have a chocolate gift for children aged up to 17

An Easter trail to follow around Alston station

A spotter sheet with things to look out for on your train journey

A visit to the mezzanine viewing gallery to find out about the history of the railway and see what our workshop engineers are currently restoring

 

Visits to the signal box can usually be arranged but are subject to the agreement of the signaller on duty.
