Come for a day out on the South Tynedale Railway and meet the Easter Bunny who will have chocolatey surprise for all of the children *
Collect an Easter spotter sheet from the ticket office to tick off things you can see from the train, and don’t forget to follow the Easter trail around our site and visit our mezzanine gallery above the engineering workshop.
It’s a great family day out.
We recommend that you pre book your tickets to ensure your seats on these trains.

- One way journeys, station hoppers and travel from Slaggyford: please purchase on the day of travel from either Alston station or the Little Buffet Car at Slaggyford station.
We aim to run steam locos at weekends and bank holidays but this can be subject to last minute change
